- 1996 Harley Davidson Sportster 883 Hugger, want to switch stock speedometer with aftermarket speedo...?
I have a '96 Sportster 883 and i wanted to change the speedometer so i ordered a cable driven mini speedometer online but, i didnt think to check if the stock speedo was cable driven, come to find out its not. A If the new speedo is cable driven, the Dakota Digital Transmission Speed Sensor won't work for you, because it's for an electrical speedometer.
