- What do i need to know to get a motorcycle license?
im 14 rite now...gonna be 15 in may... i wanna go strait onto a bike wen im old enough but what do i need to know in order to get there first off: my dad has a powder coated chopper with no motor or anything like that. (chopper frame/two rims/front and rear suspension and the transmission) can i completely finish this bike and use it for my test and on the road? im obviously going to ride in Canada, i.e Ontario. second: can i ride a motorcycle in winter and while it's raining or will it damage the bike...do i need another way for transportation during this type of weather? if you can think of anything else i could possible need to kno about the bike etc please add it in your answer.
A 1st Look for a school or some type of course for motorcycles. This will help you on how to handle a motorcycle on the road and in different type of weather conditions and road conditions.2nd you do not want to take a chopper for your test you will have a hard time handling any driving course's that you may have to take . If you go to a school for motorcycles you may not have to take a driving test to get your license and a lot of them will supply a motorcycle for the course .3rd I do recommend driving in the winter and rain until you get some time under your belt on a motorcycle at least a couple of years.4th most of all speed on a motorcycle kills, no matter how hard the temptation is don't speed and always keep your eye out for the other driver they may not see you and good luck.

- I bought motorcycle without a vin number and with a new frame. Can I win court case?
I bought a sport motorcycle without a vin number and with a new frame (not a chopper or a custom build). This guy gave me some papers and said that those papers are good to get it registered. I paid him $5000 for this motorcycle. Next day I woke up and realized that this bike has no vin number on it plus it was a total mess. Missing some fairings, half of the bike was repainted, suspension is extremely loose, front forks are broken, no plates etc.. I was buying it at night so I did not see which condition it was. On those papers he gave me it says that I need to bring the bike to DMV, then I have to go to CHP for verification. In other words I need to go through a lot of hassle. Plus the papers he gave me show someone else name, not his. Can I sue the seller and get my money back through a court case based on misrepresentation of the extremely important facts of this vehicle? Also can I get my money back if the bike was not registered on his name? Thank you!!
A I just looked at your profile.... You asked this same question 4 times! The first time was over a month ago!! The fact that you waited so long to sue is going to hurt you even more!
